Reporting to the Sr. Systems Engineer, you will be the hands-on practitioner who keeps Salesforce performing at its best and continuously improving. This is a highly visible role: your work directly shapes how our executive search and investment teams operate every day. Salesforce certifications are valued, and a passion for clean configuration and continuous improvement will set you apart.\n\nThe candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions: \n\nSalesforce Administration and Ownership: \nServe as the primary Salesforce administrator, owning user management, permission sets, profiles, roles, and security settings.\nManage case management queues, assignment rules, escalation rules, and service workflows within Salesforce.\nMaintain object schema, page layouts, validation rules, record types, and field-level security to support day-to-day business operations.\nPerform regular data quality reviews, deduplication, and import/export operations; manage sandbox environments and data refreshes.\nRespond to end-user support requests and ensure reliable platform operations for internal stakeholders.\n\nSalesforce Development and Technical Execution: \nBuild and maintain Flows, Process Builder automations, and declarative solutions to automate business processes.\nDevelop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) as needed.\nWrite and maintain test classes to support deployment pipelines and enforce code coverage requirements.\nImplement solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices — scalable, well-documented, and change-control compliant.\nSupport metadata deployments through Git-based source control and managed releases.\n\nIntegration and System Configuration Support: \nSupport the configuration and troubleshooting of third-party systems that integrate with Salesforce.\nAssist the Sr. Systems Engineer with API-level integration work, including mapping data flows between Salesforce and connected platforms.\nMaintain documentation of integration configurations, field mappings, and system dependencies for internal reference.\n\nAI-Assisted Development: \nIncorporate AI tools — including Claude and Claude Code — into daily development, automation-building, and documentation workflows.\nUse AI-assisted development to accelerate configuration cycles, generate test coverage, and improve solution quality.\nBring an openness to adopting new AI tooling and workflows as the team's practices continue to evolve.\n\nAgile, Jira and Stakeholder Collaboration: \nMaintain the team's Jira board for Salesforce workstreams — write and groom tickets, track sprint progress, and keep statuses current.\nParticipate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives;
