Join us and help shape the future of home improvement.\nWe're looking for a Brand Communications Executive to join our passionate team. you will be responsible for the own brand strategy for our 2027 Christmas range, you will ensure the brand remains recognisable, up to date and exciting to customers. Brand communication is also responsible for capturing and delivering against the requirements of banners (B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama etc..)\nWhat's the job?\nDevelop and execute content and communication plans for range reviews, using category strategy, customer insights, competitor analysis and sales data.\nCreate compelling brand messaging that aligns customer needs with the value proposition of the range.\nPartner with Brand, Creative and Content teams to develop engaging content, imagery, video and campaign assets.\nWrite content briefs and product USPs, ensuring content reflects customer shopping behaviours and local market requirements.\nManage content delivery and approvals, including vendor assets, to ensure consistency and quality across all channels.\nDrive range activation through digital, marketing and PR channels, ensuring communications support commercial objectives and key performance indicators.\nWhat you'll bring\nExperience working in a product brand communication role\nProven capabilities in creating and delivering communication plans \nExcellent verbal and communication skills and a proven ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive briefs \nCross-functional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation \nStrong project management skills\nCreative perspective to bring ideas to product positioning and brand content \nAbility to thrive on working in a matrixed, always-on, environment across multiple time zones and teams \nGlobal experience preferred\nHow We Work We believe in flexibility and balance.
