The squad plays a critical role in helping customers discover, join and engage with the B&Q & Tradepoint loyalty programmes, supporting customer retention, personalisation and long-term customer value.\nYou will lead a cross-functional squad focused on creating engaging, reliable and scalable customer experiences that increase customer engagement, drive loyalty programme adoption and support key business outcomes.\nAs an Engineering Squad Lead, you will combine technical leadership with people management responsibilities. You will be accountable for building a high-performing engineering culture, developing engineers, driving delivery excellence and ensuring the squad delivers meaningful outcomes for both customers and the business.Working closely with Product Owners, Designers and business stakeholders, you will help shape the technical direction of the mobile platform, guide architectural decisions and champion engineering best practices.
