Je start met het analyseren van de huidige werking en behoeften van de klant. Via gesprekken met HR werknemers en managers, workshops en demo’s breng je processen in kaart en bepaal je samen met de klant hoe de oplossing het best wordt ingericht.Vervolgens vertaal je deze noden naar een concreet implementatieplan. Samen met je collega’s configureer je de software op maat van de klant. Wanneer standaardfunctionaliteiten niet volstaan, stem je eventuele aanpassingen, integraties of maatwerk af met het interne team.Je bewaakt de planning en voortgang van je projecten, houdt klanten op de hoogte en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen duidelijk weten wat er verwacht wordt. Na configuratie begeleid je de ingebruikname en geef je opleidingen aan managers, key users en andere medewerkers.Ook na de go-live blijf je betrokken. Je beantwoordt occasioneel functionele vragen van bestaande klanten en schakelt waar nodig met support of technische collega’s. Support vormt slechts een beperkt onderdeel van je functie: de nadruk ligt duidelijk op analyse, implementatie, training en projectopvolging.Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit kantoor, met mogelijkheid tot twee dagen thuiswerk per week.
