What's the job?
- Participation in the preparation process of budgets, forecasts, business plans
- Providing ad-hoc analytics/reporting/consultations to support business decisions
- Creating value from converting financial data into business insights
- Leading different projects including standardization and improvements
- Performing variance analysis and commentary
- Preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports
- Preparation of reports for the needs of various stakeholders
- End to end month-end closing process
What you'll bring
- Over 3 years of proven experience in financial analysis, controlling, audit or similar related finance function
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to derive conclusions from financial data,
- Great communication and relationship building skills,
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting and/or Mathematics
- Basic understanding of IFRS or local GAAP
- Upper-intermediate MS Excel skills
- Familiarity with Power BI, Hyperion, MS Office, SAP, other financial systems, and databases will be an asset
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
