We are looking for someone who can provide management with a clear and current picture of what has been collected, what has been spent, what is committed, what is due, and what requires attention.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain accurate company financial records and transactions.\n\nManage accounts payable and accounts receivable.\n\nMonitor client down payments, installments, collections, and outstanding balances.\n\nReconcile client accounts against contracts and payment schedules.\n\nManage supplier, consultant, and contractor accounts.\n\nReview payment requests and supporting documentation.\n\nPerform bank and cash reconciliations.\n\nTrack project expenditure against approved budgets.\n\nMonitor committed costs, paid costs, and outstanding liabilities.\n\nManage petty cash and operational expenses.\n\nAllocate expenses by project, department, and cost center.\n\nPrepare regular cash-flow and management reports.\n\nPrepare budget vs. actual reporting.\n\nMaintain accurate financial information within the Kings CRM.\n\nReview reservation financial information before Finance approval.\n\nEnsure financial records correspond with signed contracts and approved payment plans.\n\nCoordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors as required.\n\nMaintain a complete and organized financial audit trail.\n\nRequirements\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\n3–5 years of relevant experience.\n\nReal estate development, construction, or hospitality experience is preferred.\n\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills.\n\nExperience with accounting or ERP systems.\n\nExcellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nStrong organizational and reporting skills.\n\nExperience with real-estate collections and payment schedules is an advantage.\n\nHigh level of integrity and confidentiality.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nSomeone who sees Finance as more
