What You’ll Do

• Lead complex dryer vent cleaning, reroutes, installations, and repairs

• Troubleshoot problems and offer expert, field-based solutions

• Work independently or in teams on residential and large multifamily sites

• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers

• Serve as a mentor to junior techs and help uphold VentMasters standards

• Represent our brand with excellence, professionalism, and pride

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a seasoned technician who is:

• Skilled in using tools and reading vent layouts or blueprints

• A natural leader - dependable, positive, coachable, and communicative

• Professional in front of customers - clear, courteous, and solution-focused

• Licensed to drive with a clean record

• Able to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule (Saturdays required)
