# Intermediate Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intermediate Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is primarily focused on month-end close activities and plays an important part in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting across the organization. Working closely with the broader Accounting team, the Intermediate Accountant will take ownership of recurring accounting processes, including general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, construction-related accounting, intercompany transactions, and regulatory reporting. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of accounting principles, the ability to work independently, and an interest in identifying opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial controls. Key Responsibilities Execute assigned month-end and year-end close activities independently, ensuring financial records are complete, accurate, and prepared within established deadlines. Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, recurring entries, and other adjustments, including work-in-progress adjustments and construction-related accounting entries.
