industries and build strong, long-term business relationships.\n\nIdentify and explore new partnership opportunities that can support Kinguin’s marketplace growth.\n\nManage the end-to-end deal process, from initial discussions and negotiations through to finalising agreements.\n\nMaintain accurate track records of new and existing deals, ensuring that relevant commercial information is up to date and easy to follow.\n\nMonitor GMV and GP performance across partnerships and ensure results are aligned with company KPIs.\n\nWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and ongoing development of partner agreements.\n\nAnalyse partnership performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial results.\n\nBenefits\nProven experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management, preferably in a fast-paced digital or e-commerce environment.\n\nStrong business development and negotiation skills, with confidence in approaching and building relationships with new partners.\n\nExperience managing commercial deals and maintaining accurate sales or partnership records.\n\nGood understanding of commercial metrics, ideally including GMV, GP, revenue, or similar business KPIs.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights.\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\n\nA proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.\n\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\n\nExperience in gaming, digital entertainment, marketplaces, or other online industries will be an
