If so, Kinly's Finance team are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant who can gain exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency accounting in a dynamic international business.\nYou'll play a key role in maintaining strong supplier relationships, ensuring accurate financial processing, and supporting continuous improvement across our finance operations and will be a key member of the Finance team, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time across multiple Kinly entities.\nKey responsibilities:\nProcess and match supplier invoices accurately against purchase orders.\n\nResolve invoice discrepancies by working closely with Purchasing and other internal teams.\n\nObtain approvals and ensure invoices are coded and posted correctly.\n\nReconcile supplier statements and respond to supplier queries.\n\nSupport payment runs and ensure compliance with prompt payment requirements.\n\nProcess employee expenses and assist with company credit card reconciliations.\n\nProduce and support Accounts Payable KPI reporting.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the Accounts Payable Manager with day-to-day activities.\n\nEssential skills and experience:\nPrevious Accounts Payable or finance administration experience.\n\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.\n\nConfident using Microsoft Excel and finance systems.\n\nOrganised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities.\n\nStrong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.\n\nExperience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments and Microsoft Dynamics GP would be an advantage.\n\nIf you are selected for interview, and need any reasonable adjustments made for your interview, please let the Talent Acquisition team know, at the point of scheduling.\nIf you do require details of the vacancy or the application process in an alternative format, please either email  outlining your requirements.\nEqual Opportunities:\nKinly is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, age, gender identity, pregnancy, colour, race, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, religion or any other ‘protected characteristics.
