You will contribute to the efficiency and reliability of AV services by delivering high-quality support and maintaining documentation.\nThis is a technical role focused solely on AV troubleshooting, execution and problem-solving.\nKey responsibilities:\nDeliver advanced remote technical support for AV systems across global locations\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues using tools such as Crestron Toolbox, Q-SYS Designer, MTR Admin Center, etc.\n\nProvide real-time support and step-by-step guidance to on-site engineers for physical interventions when required\n\nIdentify recurring issues and document technical insights for team reference\n\nWork closely with fellow AV SMEs, network engineers, and stakeholders to resolve complex technical problems\n\nSupport escalation processes by providing timely and thorough responses to high-priority issues, under the guidance of the team lead\n\nAssist in creating and updating internal documentation, including FAQs, playbooks, and troubleshooting guides\n\nContribute technical insights and lessons learned to support the broader AV support team\n\nUse Crestron Toolbox and associated tools (SMPL Debugger, Text Console, DM Tool, etc.) for remote diagnostics\n\nTroubleshoot issues with Crestron control panels, processors, and switchers\n\nSupport firmware updates and configuration reviews as directed\n\nTroubleshoot Q-SYS audio signal flow, DSP issues, and network conflicts\n\nUse Q-SYS Designer Software to remotely investigate and resolve AV concerns\n\nDiagnose issues related to digital signage content, playback, and scheduling\n\nManage Appspace user configurations and troubleshoot display integrations remotely\n\nSupport live and on-demand video streaming troubleshooting.\n\nMonitor and configure encoder settings and stream delivery pathways.\n\nTroubleshoot Cisco video endpoints and room systems (Webex Rooms, codecs, touch panels)\n\nRemotely troubleshoot MTR peripherals (displays, cameras, microphones)\n\nResolve issues with call quality, connectivity, and meeting platform integration\n\nSkills and experience:\nSolid corporate experience, with a proven background in providing AV technical support\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Crestron, Q-SYS, Appspace, Vbrick, Cisco, and MTR systems, covering control, audio, video, and network integration.\n\nExperience with Crestron Toolbox & Q-SYS Designer is mandatory\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills for complex hardware, software, and network issues across AV platforms\n\nAbility to clearly explain technical details to team members, clients, and stakeholders\n\nCertifications: CTS, Crestron, QSC, or Microsoft certifications are preferred.\n\nIf you are selected for interview, and need any reasonable adjustments made for your interview, please let the Talent Acquisition team know, at the point of scheduling.\nIf you do require details of the vacancy or the application process in an alternative format, please  your requirements.\nEqual Opportunities:\nAt Kinly, we are unified by a commitment to providing a working environment that is as inclusive, responsible and welcoming as possible for all our teams and prospective employees.
