Our in-house expertise includes AI-powered room monitoring, 24/7 support, and a unique enterprise service layer, enabling us to operate with even greater agility, efficiency, and precision.\nAs one of our major clients continues to expand and require additional services from Kinly, we now have an opportunity for a proven AV Engineer / Technician to join our highly talented onsite team at a fantastic client site in London.\nWith a focus on providing exceptional technical support, working as part of our established technical team, this opportunity provides a clear pathway for professional development, and longer term career opportunities.\nYou’ll be working with a high-profile client, gaining invaluable experience and exposure that will accelerate your career.\nKey Responsibilities:\nVIDEO/AUDIO CONFERENCING\nVideo/audio conference set-up and support\n\nSite certification of all new and relocated video conference systems\n\nAssisting with support for video/audio conferencing problems\n\nInvestigating faults and recommending further actions to rectify\n\nSupporting virtual events\n\nWorking with virtual technologies including but not limited to - WebEx, Zoom and Teams\n\nGENERAL AV MEETING ROOM SUPPORT\nEnsuring all multi-media/presentation rooms are maintained in good working order\n\nAV equipment set-up and support\n\nPresentation/multi-media meeting room support, including duration support\n\nAssisting with support for multi-media broadcasting\n\nQuick response to emergency/ad-hoc requests\n\nFAULTS AND ROOM CHECKS\nCarrying out regular preventative room checks, ensuring all equipment functions correctly in accordance with the room check procedure\n\nEnsuring that all faults are reported in the correct way and in a timely manner\n\nProactive maintenance/reporting to ensure all AV equipment is always of the highest standard and functioning correctly\n\nAssisting with first line fault repairs\n\nCarrying out all power down/up when required, usually involving out-of-hours overtime commitments\n\nSkills and experience:\nProven experience within a client facing Corporate Events field in AV / Live events field\n\nKnowledge of Video Conferencing, control signal switching / routing and distribution systems.\n\nTechnical support experience of Live events setup including PTZ camera, multi-camera control systems, Audio and vision mixing systems.\n\nUnderstanding multiple display types including aspect ratio and video walls.\n\nCandidates must have strong AV technical knowledge to be considered\n\nIf you are selected for interview, and need any reasonable adjustments made for your interview, please let the Talent Acquisition team know, at the point of scheduling.\nIf you do require details of the vacancy or the application process in an alternative format, please  your requirements.\nEqual Opportunities:\nKinly is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, age, gender identity, pregnancy, colour, race, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, religion or any other ‘protected characteristics.
