For more than 25 years, we have been designing, developing, integrating and supporting complex audiovisual solutions and businesses rely on us to deliver consistently secure and flexible meeting experiences.\nDue to an exciting new client win, we now have an opportunity for a proven AV Event Technician to join us on site at this well-recognised company headquarters, based in the Moorgate/Bank region of London.\nWorking as the key AV Event Technician, reporting to the Technical Event Manager, you will be providing full AV and VC technical support across all event spaces on the client site.\nKey responsibilities:\nRun AV events, including pre-event testing of audio, wireless microphone battery levels etc\n\nWork closely with Event Managers to develop best practices and team training\n\nShow-calling during events\n\nLiaise with clients for large events to understand their requirements\n\nAttend pre-production meetings required for any scheduled special events\n\nBe the primary support to operate global production events\n\nOwn the event experience for the meeting host and attendees\n\nManage high profile events and become a trusted advisor\n\nEscalate any operational issues to the appropriate level of support and making suggestions for improvements\n\nProduce event reports which highlights the use of space\n\nAssist with support for video/audio conferencing problems.
