The position involves a high degree of exposure, working sometimes with executive management and managing directors of the financial services business.\nKey responsibilities include:\nVideo/Audio Conferencing\nVideo/audio conference setup and support\n\nSupporting internal and external events - assisting with the provision of support for internal and external high priority events\n\nAssisting with support for video/audio conferencing problems\n\nGeneral AV Meeting Room Support\nEnsuring all multi-media/presentation rooms are maintained in good working order\n\nProviding AV equipment setup and Presentation/multi-media meeting room support\n\nAssisting with support for multi-media broadcasting\n\nArranging equipment loans and hire to meet client specification\n\nFaults and Room Checks\nCarrying out regular preventative room checks, ensuring all equipment functions correctly\n\nEnsuring that all faults are reported in the correct way and in a timely manner\n\nProactive maintenance/reporting to ensure all AV equipment is always of the highest standard and functioning correctly.\n\nAssisting with first- and second-line fault repairs\n\nCarrying out all power down/up when required, usually involving out-of-hours overtime commitments\n\nSkills and experience\nWorking knowledge of AV systems, meeting room technologies, and video conferencing solutions\n\nExperience supporting Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, or similar collaboration platforms\n\nKnowledge of audio systems, displays, projectors, microphones, cameras, and presentation technologies\n\nFamiliarity with the multicamera AV setup having switchers, audio mixers, microphones, talkback, presentation and streaming systems\n\nAbility to troubleshoot AV hardware, software, and connectivity issues\n\nExcellent customer service and communication skills\n\nProven experience supporting Live events, AV systems, meeting rooms, video conferencing, or corporate event technologies\n\nExperience working in a corporate, managed services, or enterprise IT environment\n\nIf you are selected for interview, and need any reasonable adjustments made for your interview, please let the Talent Acquisition team know, at the point of scheduling.\nIf you do require details of the vacancy or the application process in an alternative format, please  your requirements.\nEqual Opportunities:\nKinly is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, age, gender identity, pregnancy, colour, race, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, religion or any other ‘protected characteristics.
