Responsibilities:\nGeneral Responsibilities\nActive member of the Operations Leadership team\n\nOverseeing Program Management, Project Management, Project Support Services teams\n\nPrimarily responsible for delivering customer excellence in project management across the region\n\nSupporting other regions where necessary to ensure successful delivery for our customers\n\nCollaborating with global regions supporting continuous process and service development\n\nContribute to a globally consistent customer experience\n\nAct in accordance with the deliverables of the project manager role for directly assigned projects\n\nPMO Leadership & Strategy\nContribute to a globally aligned PMO vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals\n\nContribute to the evolution of PMO maturity, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies\n\nAct as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on portfolio delivery and prioritization\n\nPortfolio & Program Management\nOversee the regions project and program portfolio\n\nEnsure alignment of initiatives to strategic objectives and business value\n\nMonitor portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation\n\nStrong understanding of the pipeline of projects and alignment to workload availability within the PM team\n\nWork with management colleagues to understand and manage reduced project backlog\n\nGovernance, Compliance & Standards\nEstablish and enforce program & project management standards, processes, and tools\n\nEnsure consistent application of governance frameworks across all initiatives\n\nProvide transparency through structured reporting, dashboards, and KPIs\n\nResponsible for compliance to QHSE regulations and adherence to ISO standards\n\nResponsible for adherence to contract terms and conditions\n\nCommercial Control\nOversee commercial controls ensuring the portfolio delivers within budget\n\nEnsure change control processes are fully governed\n\nWork with logistics and procurement teams on effective procurement strategy, maintaining target hardware stock levels.\n\nDelivery Assurance & Performance Management\nTrack and report on project delivery performance (budget, timeline, quality)\n\nIdentify risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies\n\nConduct regular health checks and assurance reviews on key projects\n\nStakeholder Engagement\nEngage with senior stakeholders, executives, and business leaders\n\nProvide clear, data-driven updates on portfolio status and outcomes\n\nInfluence decision-making through insight and structured reporting\n\nResource & Capability Development\nProvide Leadership through support and mentoring of colleagues within the PMO team, building and maintaining an industry-leading team.\n\nManage and develop project management capabilities across the organisation\n\nBuild and lead high-performing PMO and delivery teams\n\nDrive training, coaching, and adoption of best practices\n\nRecruit, attract and maintain talent within the team and provide input on succession planning\n\nBusiness Development\nSupport on any new business opportunities where senior project management representation might be required\n\nBusiness Transformation\nSupport the development and implementation of PMO tooling in line with the global digital transformation program\n\nContinuous Improvement\nCapture lessons learned and improvement opportunities\n\nConduct post-project reviews where appropriate\n\nProvide feedback to sales, design, engineering and operations teams\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve project delivery processes\n\nContribute to the development of project management standards, processes and best practices\n\nHealth, Safety and Quality Assurance\nWork closely with the QHSE manager to support continual review and improvement of risk analysis and safe working practices\n\nContribute to ongoing management and development of Health, Safety and Environmental information management systems\n\nEnsure working practices throughout the department meet the required standards\n\nCultivate a safe working culture within the team\n\nInvestigate Health, Safety or Environmental concerns and ensure lessons are distributed throughout the team.\n\nSkills & Experience:\nFluency in Dutch and English is essential\n\nProven experience leading a PMO or large program/portfolio function\n\nProven experience managing complex projects within the AV, technology integration, IT, engineering or construction sectors\n\nExperience managing projects from initiation through to completion and handover\n\nStrong understanding of project management principles, methodologies and processes\n\nExperience managing project budgets, costs, risks and programmes\n\nGood knowledge of H&S management\n\nStrong customer and stakeholder management skills\n\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams\n\nStrong commercial awareness and financial management skills\n\nExcellent organisational and planning skills\n\nStrong communication, negotiation and influencing skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines\n\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities\n\nExperience working with subcontractors, suppliers and external partners\n\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects\n\nWillingness to travel and work flexible hours when required\n\nGood interpersonal and communication skills\n\nHigh attention to detail and quality\n\nGood understanding of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRelevant project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, MSP)\n\nRelevant H&S management certification\n\nCTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification
