For more than 25 years, we have been designing, developing, integrating and supporting complex audiovisual solutions and businesses rely on us to deliver consistently secure and flexible meeting experiences.\nDue to exciting new team structures at Kinly, we now have several opportunities for proven AV Project Managers to join our highly collaborative global operations team.\nYou will be working closely with design teams, installation and commissioning teams, sales teams, suppliers, customers, and other project stakeholders, being responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and successfully delivering projects within agreed time, budget, quality, and scope parameters.\nThe role ensures that projects are executed in a structured and predictable manner, with all stakeholders aligned to project objectives and expectations.\nYou will lead project teams, monitor progress throughout the entire project lifecycle, and ensure timely decision-making, risk management, and stakeholder engagement and will actively contribute to customer satisfaction, project profitability, and the continuous improvement of project management processes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTake ownership of assigned AV integration projects from internal project handover through to completion\n\nLead project mobilisation and establish project delivery requirements\n\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans and delivery schedules\n\nEstablish project milestones, dependencies, critical paths and key deliverables\n\nEstablish project governance, reporting and communication structures\n\nEnsure project teams understand scope, programme, deliverables and customer requirements\n\nCoordinate activities across;
