For more than 25 years, we have been designing, developing, integrating and supporting complex audiovisual solutions and businesses rely on us to deliver consistently secure and flexible meeting experiences.\nExciting new opportunity has arisen for a proven AV Events Technician, to join a well-known globally recognised business, to provide AV technical support for all meeting rooms across our client’s estate.\nWorking with the Subject Matter Expert and AVNOC team you will ensure resolution to any issues that arise.\nThe position involves a high degree of exposure, working sometimes with executive management and managing directors to provide the services below.\nKey responsibilities:\nProvide AV and VC set-up and technical support across all meeting rooms and VC equipped rooms\n\nAdvanced fault finding and troubleshooting\n\nPerform L1/L2 incident management\n\nSupport Project Managers in the successful delivery of projects\n\nAssist the AVNOC with delivery of a due diligence program providing reporting on room conditions and recommending upgrades and improvements\n\nCarry out proactive health checks in accordance with SOP\n\nService continuity support including preparation for a restoration of service from Power Downs, Black Building Exercises and other planned or unplanned Business Continuity Management activities\n\nAssist with software upgrades\n\nAssist with support for video/audio conferencing problems - Investigate faults and recommend further actions to rectify\n\nEnsure all multi-media / presentation rooms are maintained in good working order\n\nPresentation / multi-media meeting room support, including duration support\n\nAssist, where possible, with IT-related enquiries during supports.
