For more than 25 years, we have been designing, developing, integrating and supporting complex audiovisual solutions and businesses rely on us to deliver consistently secure and flexible meeting experiences.\nDue to our continued growth across India, we are creating a new position within our operations team, for a proven warehouse manager to be responsible for organising the efficient and safe storage and dispatch of warehoused products.\nYou will be based from the Pune site and work as part of the Operations Team to ensure that we have an efficient running warehouse and that high standards are met throughout.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOpening up and closing down of the warehouse including security checks and alarm set/unset.\n\nCoordinating the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.\n\nBooking in and out of items to ensure accurate stock is reflected.\n\nPicking and packing of goods for delivery. Often delivering these to site by hiring a goods vehicle.\n\nLiaising with couriers to arrange deliveries and booking those in on computerized system.\n\nWaste management ensuring waste is recycled appropriately and kept tidy and organised. Delivering this waste to the relevant plant.\n\nEnsuring all warehouse procedures are followed\n\nDealing with stock returns and following up with suppliers and departments as required.\n\nAssisting in stock management.\n\nConducting regular stock takes in accordance with the company stock taking procedures.\n\nAssisting in consumables management.\n\nMaintaining standards of health and safety in the working environment.\n\nEstablishing & developing relationships & procedures with multiple Domestic couriers & International Freight forwarders.\n\nIdentifying & implementing monthly KPI reporting methodology to monitor, evaluate & improve performance.\n\nChecking International deliveries & preparing documentation such as commercial invoices etc.\n\nDelivering solutions to Logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality & service within budgets.\n\nDeveloping & maintaining strong relationships with all individuals connected to the logistics process (i.e. warehouse, sales, purchasing & Project management).\n\nSkills & experience:\nExtensive experience in warehousing and/or supply chain logistics.\n\nExcellent knowledge/experience of Import/ Export procedures to include deliveries\n\nKnowledge of Local GST and labor association\n\nExperience on E-way Bill generation, Tax invoice documentations, labour associations process\n\nExperience of working in a supervisory role is also advantageous.\n\nHands-on experience on SAP or equivalent software.\n\nStrong understanding of warehouse procedures.\n\nFull driving licence as it may occasionally be necessary to travel during the working day.\n\nPlanning and organising skills to effectively manage the flow of stock.\n\nNumeracy and an understanding of finance for stock management\n\nInitiative and decisiveness.\n\nTechnical and IT skills, particularly when it comes to database management and spreadsheets.\n\nProblem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level.\n\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.
