You'll own Zabbix-based monitoring, keep Linux and Windows estates healthy, and lead incident resolution end-to-end.\nResponsibilities:\nInstall, configure, administer, maintain, and optimize Zabbix monitoring environments.\nConfigure Zabbix hosts, templates, triggers, alerts, dashboards, discovery rules, proxies, and integrations.\nConfigure and troubleshoot SNMP-based monitoring for servers and network devices.\nSupport monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, and/or Nagios.\nInstall, configure, patch, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Server environments.\nAdminister Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.\nAdminister VMware vSphere/ESXi and/or Proxmox environments.\nSupport Docker and containerized environments.\nDevelop automation using Bash/Shell and PowerShell.\nSupport networking services, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, VPNs, routing, switching, and firewalls.\nSupport MySQL/PostgreSQL databases and related applications.\nAdminister Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Teams.\nProvide Tier 2/Tier 3 infrastructure support and participate in incident and root cause analysis.\nCreate technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and system diagrams.\nWork with engineering, networking, security, and managed services teams to resolve complex issues.\nIdentify opportunities for automation, monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement.\nRequirements:\nMandatory hands-on Zabbix administration experience, including installation, configuration, templates, triggers, alerting, SNMP, dashboards, proxies, and integrations.\nStrong Linux and Windows Server administration experience.\nStrong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and SNMP.\nExperience with VMware vSphere/ESXi and/or Proxmox.\nExperience with Docker/containerized environments.\nScripting experience with Bash/Shell and PowerShell.\nExperience with Git and GitHub/GitLab.\nExperience working with APIs and system integrations.\nWorking knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL.\nExperience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.\nGood understanding of networking, VPNs, routing, switching, and firewalls.\nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.\nStrong documentation and communication skills. Qualifications\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on systems administration or infrastructure experience in an enterprise, MSP, managed services, or similar IT environment.\nMandatory to have Zabbix Administration experience with the ability to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Zabbix environments.\nMandatory to have experience working in an MSP/managed services environment supporting multiple customer environments.\nStrong experience supporting production infrastructure.\nExperience with Linux and Windows Server administration.\nExperience with monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, and/or Nagios.\nExperience with virtualization, containers, scripting, APIs, and enterprise infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with Azure/AWS and security monitoring is a plus.\nUnderstanding of ITIL, incident management, and change management is a plus.\nA bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support a fast-paced managed services environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.
