Role:\nCustomer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Amazon partners, acting as the primary point of contact\nSales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Amazon's retrofit projects, striving to enhance sales and profitability\nSolution Delivery: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Dematic's solutions according to customer needs and objectives\nStrategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with Amazon's goals and Dematic's business objectives\nIssue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or problems faced by Amazon to maintain trust and satisfaction\nReporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, progress, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n5+ experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the automation or logistics industry\nSkills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills , and the ability to establish relationships at all organizational levels\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Engineering\nKnowledge: Familiarity with Amazon's operations and the retrofit business model is a plus.\nLocation: Based in Bellevue, WA, with the ability to travel as
