The ideal candidate will combine strong applied AI capability with the technical skills to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Ideally you will have the following:\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.\nEquivalent combinations of education and relevant industry experience may also be considered.\nSkills & Experience\nExperience delivering technology, automation, AI or digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience working with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and deliver practical technology solutions.\nStrong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills.\nExperience using AI technologies, tools or platforms in a business or technical environment.\nExperience developing, implementing or supporting AI-enabled solutions, business applications, automations or digital tools.\nExperience using AI-assisted coding platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor or similar tools.\nExperience applying software development practices including version control, testing, peer review and iterative development.\nExperience deploying, supporting or continuously improving applications, tools or technology solutions.\nAbility to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and deliver outcomes.\nStrong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies.\nDesirable Experience\nExperience within logistics, warehouse automation, supply chain, material handling or industrial technology environments.\nExperience with simulation, digital twins, virtual commissioning or industrial modelling technologies.\nExperience with modern software engineering and DevOps practices, including automated testing, CI/CD or release management.\nExperience with Python, SQL, APIs or application integration technologies.\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, Microsoft Power Platform or similar enterprise AI
