This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable automation solutions while leveraging Agentic AI to transform how testing is designed, implemented, maintained, and executed.\nThe successful candidate will have deep experience in web and API test automation, strong hands-on coding skills in TypeScript, and a proven ability to use AI agents to accelerate automation development, improve test coverage, reduce maintenance effort, and enhance overall software quality.\nWorking within Agile teams, you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.\nAgentic AI expertise is a core requirement for this role. We are seeking an engineer with hands-on experience using AI agents such as Claude Code to design, generate, maintain, and optimize automated tests while continuously improving engineering productivity and software quality.\nKey Responsibilities\nTest Automation\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable automated test frameworks.\nCreate automated UI, API, integration, and end-to-end tests using modern automation practices.\nContribute to the evolution of the test automation strategy and continuously improve test coverage, execution speed, and maintainability.\nIdentify and eliminate flaky tests through test reliability engineering practices.\nContribute to the development and adoption of automation frameworks, reusable components, and quality engineering best practices.\nPerform exploratory, system-level, and end-to-end validation activities\nAI-Driven Quality Engineering\nLeverage Agentic AI solutions to accelerate test automation development and maintenance.\nUse tools such as Claude Code and other AI agents to generate, refactor, optimize, and maintain test automation code.\nApply AI-assisted approaches for:\nTest case generation, Automation code development, Test data creation, Root cause analysis, Failure investigation, Test maintenance and self-healing strategies, and Risk-based test identification\nAct as a champion for AI-driven quality engineering and continuously identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity through AI.\nCI/CD & Quality Gates\nIntegrate automated tests into GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines.\nDesign and maintain GitHub Actions workflows that provide fast and reliable quality feedback.\nOptimize automation execution through parallelization, test selection, and pipeline improvements.\nContribute to releasing quality gates and deployment confidence.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\n5+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation Engineering.\nStrong experience working in Agile software development environments.\nProven experience automating tests for web applications and APIs.\nExperience designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks.\nExperience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with Playwright for web application test automation.\nStrong software engineering and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with GitHub Actions / GitHub Workflows.\nExperience testing REST APIs and distributed services.\nStrong understanding of test automation architecture, test design techniques, and quality engineering principles.\nExperience diagnosing and resolving automation reliability issues, flaky tests, and CI/CD execution failures.\nAI & Innovation \nHands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code to develop and maintain test automation.\nPractical experience applying Agentic AI to software testing and quality engineering workflows.\nDemonstrated ability to use AI agents to increase automation productivity, improve test coverage, and reduce maintenance effort.\nStrong understanding of how AI can be integrated into modern Quality Engineering
