Working with cross-functional teams across EMEA, you'll make a lasting impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment.We offer:\nBenefits of an International MDax Group (KION Group) company\nPlenty of room for creativity in a rapidly growing company\nFlexible and mobile working\nIndividual support and development\nEmployee discounts\nTasks and Qualifications:\nHow you’ll make a difference\nIdentify contractual risks and develop effective mitigation strategies in line with internal policies and processes.\nPartner with Project Management, Controlling, and Project Procurement to safeguard Dematic’s contractual position throughout the entire project lifecycle.\nSupport the preparation of governance and approval documentation to ensure compliance and timely decision-making.\nCollaborate closely with project stakeholders driving alignment across all phases of the project.\nMonitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance with key terms, including payment milestones, accounting requirements, guarantees, bonds, and other commercial commitments.\nLead and support contract settlement discussions and negotiations with customers, suppliers, and other contract partners.\nContribute to successful project execution by proactively identifying opportunities, resolving contractual issues, and minimizing risk.\nWhat we’re looking for\nUniversity degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field, with a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.\nStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nRelevant experience in contract and claim management, contract analysis and drafting, and/or legal advisory roles, ideally within large-scale projects.\nFluent English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
