Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nThis is What you Will do in This Role:\nIn partnership with the local Manufacturing Controller, manage costs, inventory, and metrics in Dematic’s manufacturing plants\nProvide analysis, support, and strategic financial guidance to the Plant Manager, Floor Supervisors, and other key leaders on site\nDevelop financials for the factory including forecasts, monthly review of actual to forecast and plan, and support the annual budget process\nCalculate, review, and ensure accuracy in standard costs including reviews of purchase price variance and production variances\nSupport daily costing process and annual standard cost setting as needed\nPrepare upcoming workload for manufacturing site, including backlog (booked work) and new business\nCoordinate efforts with the Plant Manager to drive the SQDC (Safety Quality Delivery Cost) mentality, and communicate the financial performance of the plant daily.\nReview and provide daily reports on key labor metrics\nSupport the forecast of inventory in the plant\nCalculate factory inventory reserves and evaluate the efficiency of reserves quarterly\nEnsure compliance of all financial controls for the plant are followed including inventory management and cycle counts\nParticipate in reviews of pending bids for new project work along with attending project turnover meetings\nWork with the Plant Manager to Identify and drive process improvements\nSupport other functions as needed for special projects\nWhat We are Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree with a concentration Accounting, Bachelor's degree is Finance also considered\n2-5 years of proven experience in a Manufacturing environment\nExposure to standard cost is required\nAbility to work independently and make decisions as the need arises.\nAbility to explain results to Management and make data-driven recommendations\nExperience using SAP or ERP System is required\nDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including solid Excel skills\nTravel requirements up to 5-10% as
