training.”\nTasks and Qualifications:\nCarry out AMHE equipment servicing in accordance with the quality standards and time schedules as set out in the equipment manuals\nTo undertake scheduled repairs in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices\nDiagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults and subsequent repairs\nPrioritise system faults\nTo comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times\nTo ensure quality of output at all times\nTo accurately record all work undertaken\nInvolvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunities\nMaintain product flow at all times\nTo ensure on-site spares are kept to optimum levels\nTo represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relations\nTo adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company \nIn the absence of the Engineering Shift Manager:\nDay to day management of a multi-disciplined and assistant engineering team\nDelivery of key service elements such as planned preventative\nmaintenance, fault rectification and fault eradication\nDeliver written and verbal communications at all levels\nDrive a structured process of continuous improvement\nFully interact with the customer in day to day activities\nTo fully embrace and ensure delivery of key staff processes:\nTeam and individual attendance\nStaff discipline\nStaff development identified through Staff Dialogue (appraisal)\nMonitor and steer third party support contracts to ensure delivery of key service KPI’s\nFully interact with other engineering team leaders to ensure consistency across shifts and best practice is shared\nMonitor and maintain pre-agreed
