Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat You Will Do In This Role:\nParticipate in Dematic's Electrical Apprenticeship Program while developing the skills and knowledge required to become a qualified electrician.\nLearn and perform the duties of a first- or second-year electrical apprentice under the guidance of experienced journeyman electricians.\nFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety.\nSuccessfully complete all required classroom training and apprenticeship coursework.\nComplete all On-the-Job Learning (OJL) requirements outlined in the Dematic Apprenticeship Agreement.\nMaintain accurate records of work experience, training progress, and apprenticeship-related documentation.\nPerform assigned installation and electrical tasks while meeting quality, productivity, and performance standards.\nSupport project teams by learning new skills, taking direction, and contributing to successful project execution.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.\nReliable transportation required.\nWillingness and ability to travel up to 100% throughout the United States.\nInterest in pursuing a career in the electrical trade through a structured apprenticeship program.\nStrong commitment to safety, learning, and professional development.\nAbility to follow instructions, learn from experienced mentors, and work effectively as part of a team.\nMaterial handling or industrial installation experience is a plus.\nStrong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced field
