Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat You Will Do in This Role:\nPerform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on material handling equipment (MHE), including conveyors, motors, drives, and related mechanical and electrical systems. \nExecute preventive maintenance programs, equipment inspections, testing, and repairs to maximize reliability and minimize downtime. \nDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using diagnostic tools and technical documentation. \nManage work orders, maintenance records, labor tracking, and parts usage within the CMMS. \nTroubleshoot equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. \nMaintain spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are available to support operations. \nRespond to equipment breakdowns and service calls, restoring equipment safely and efficiently. \nCollaborate with Operations, Engineering, and other teams to support business objectives and equipment performance. \nBuild positive working relationships across the organization through effective communication and teamwork. \nPromote a safe, reliable, and productive work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. \nWhat We Are Looking For:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required;
