Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\n This is What You Will do in This Role:\nServe as key knowledge source ofNorth Americacash flowand net working capital (NWC), owning thebudget/forecast process and delivering reportingand variance analysis with thoughtful insights.\nCompilemonthly cash disbursement forecastsandanalyze historical forecast performance against actual results.\nModel and submit monthly NWC forecast into Oracle, collaborating with colleagues for key inputs\nEnsure a high degree of reporting quality with completeness, accurate data, concise commentary, and timely delivery\nProvide financial business partner support to HRandFacilitiesteams\nAdd further value to the finance function through the identification and implementation of operational improvements;
