Training will be provided. (30%) \n\nAccountabilities\n\nTasks and Qualifications:\n\nAct as Dormakaba Specialist (70%) \nSupport establishing an international support framework for Dormakaba with clear roles and responsibilities on business, IT and external side – leveraging global and local stakeholders  \nDocument the setup of our different Dormakaba instances, identify areas of optimization and harmonization and work with stakeholders to realize these goals  \nLead the design and delivery of new Dormakaba solutions and changes to existing configurations \nAct as 1st and 2nd level support for end users  \nRun, maintain and monitor the Dormakaba instances, and complete upgrades as appropriate  \nSupport integrations to global and local systems, like Workday and SAP \nEnsure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance requirements   \nEnsure all processes are completed in alignment with Global IT standards and governance.   \nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, functional specifications, test plans, and cutover activities according to IT Governance standards  \nAct as Specialist for other HR IT system (30%) \nExact system to be defined, e.g. Qualtrics or WalkMe \nPerform 1st level support activities and participate in system-related projects after training \nUnderstand functional requirements and implement these, while following internal IT Governance processes \n\nRequired Core Competencies And Skill Sets\n\nStrong problem solving and analytical skills   \nExcellent communication and intercultural skills that allow smooth collaboration with the business, incl. coordination around system administration, following up on to dos, timelines etc. \nBusiness Analyst mindset to understand the internal customer's requirements and find the best solution for them \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team   \nWillingness to dive into and learn new systems \nExperience in working in an international environment   \n\nExperience\n\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or with several years of relevant professional experience  \nApprox. 3 years experience in administration or implementation of Dormakaba    \n\nQualifications/Specialization\n\nDormakaba Administration experience \nEnglish C1 \nGerman: B1 or
