Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nDematic has an immediate need for an Installation Operations Specialist supporting the AMCS Installation Function. This position will require up to 20% travel to customer sites which may have ongoing Installation work.\nUnder the supervision of the Chief Analyst, the Operations Specialist will support the payroll and per diem processes within the function. This includes ensuring timely postings of full-time employee hours into SAP, producing reports related to time and per diem, trouble-shooting discrepancies and resolving posting errors, and working to optimize current processes affecting relevant systems.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nRole & Responsibilities\nThe Installation Operations Specialist will:\nPerform data entry and reconciliation of labor logs\nOnboard and terminate full-time employees within function administration tools\nParticipate in the preparation and distribution of reports to department management and leadership\nInterface with function business partners in the Finance and Payroll functions\nAssist with impact and discrepancy analyses in partnership with function business analysts\nPartner with function analysts and IT business partners to identify and address pain-points in existing systems\nAnswer role-related inquiries from employees within the Installation function\nComplete other tasks as assigned\nDirection of others:\nProvides tool- and process-specific guidance and training for support and/or professional staff\nKey working relationships:\nPrimarily intra-function and intra-organizational contacts within Dematic’s matrix structure\nWhat we are looking for\nDematic has an immediate need for an Installation Operations Specialist supporting the AMCS Installation Function.\nThis position will require up substituted for a degree when applicable\nProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite\nExpert-level skill with Microsoft Excel preferred\nProficiency with Smartsheet preferred\nFamiliarity with SAP (R/3 or S/4HANA) preferred\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or similar visualization & dashboarding tool a plus\nStrong verbal & written communication skills\n Professional working proficiency in Spanish (ILR Level 3 / CEFR B2) preferred\nTypically, 0-3 years of successful experience in a related position\nExperience in the material handling, transportation, or intralogistics industries preferred\nAdvanced degree or relevant certification MAY be substituted for experience when
