Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat You Will Do in This Role:\nProvide day-to-day field leadership for material handling installation projects.\nLead and coordinate Installation Supervisors, Foremen, skilled trades, subcontractors, and other field resources.\nMaintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company, customer, and site-specific safety requirements.\nPlan and coordinate labor requirements based on project schedules, installation priorities, and available work fronts.\nMonitor installation progress, productivity, milestones, and schedule performance.\nCoordinate mechanical and electrical installation activities with Controls, Commissioning, Project Management, Engineering, and other project teams.\nReview project drawings, layouts, specifications, installation documentation, and project requirements to support proper field execution.\nCoordinate materials, tools, rental equipment, access equipment, and other resources required to complete installation activities.\nMonitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed in accordance with safety, quality, schedule, and contractual requirements.\nIdentify installation risks, constraints, and potential schedule impacts and communicate them to project leadership.\nSupport labor forecasting and supervise efficiency, overtime, travel, equipment, rentals, rework, and other installation-related costs.\n Participate in project planning, pull planning, coordination meetings, and schedule reviews.\nMaintain effective communication with customers, subcontractors, Project Management, and internal stakeholders regarding project status and field activities.\nEnsure installation quality requirements are maintained and support inspections, punch-list completion, testing, and issue resolution.\nCoordinate installation completion and system readiness with Controls and Commissioning teams.\nSupport project turnover, closeout activities, and lessons learned.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nExperience supervising or managing mechanical and/or electrical installation activities in an industrial, construction, manufacturing, automation, or material handling environment.\nDemonstrated experience leading field personnel, subcontractors, and skilled trades.\nStrong understanding of construction and installation safety practices.\nAbility to read and interpret drawings, layouts, specifications, schedules, and other project documentation.\nExperience with labor planning, scheduling, productivity tracking, and field coordination.\nStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively with customers, subcontractors, project teams, and multiple internal departments.\nAbility to identify project risks and take appropriate action to minimize impacts to safety, quality, cost, and schedule.\nSolid understanding of Microsoft Office and other project management or construction-related systems.\nMaterial handling, automation, conveyor, ASRS, robotics, or similar installation experience is preferred.\nTravel Requirements:\nThis role requires up to 80% travel and the ability to operate effectively in construction-site environments.\nPhysical Requirements\nThe ability to work in active construction and installation environments.
