Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nThe Operation Supervisor is going to :\nManage the start-up phase of the project with agile approach\nCoordinate a team of +8 workers together with Site Manager\nPlan and coordinate all on-site activities (preventive/corrective maintenance, spare parts warehouse management, workshop and repair activities) together with Site Manager\nDesign process according with the service contract agreement together with Site Manager\nAttend planned periodical meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) with internal/external stakeholders\nDraft Minute of meeting and site tasks report\nBe a key player for the Customer and for Dematic stakeholders.\nManage and prioritize service activities to minimize impact to the customer business\nWork with resident team in order to ensure the fully availability of the system under the service contract obligations\nCollaborate with other departments interacting continuously with his/her team on the work site\nDo periodically KPI analysis and write reports about the service activities\nEnsure a safe, secure and clean environment whilst ensuring that the project is delivered within the contractual obligations\nMaintain quality control and compliance procedures\nReport directly to Site Manager\nWho we are looking for?\nCurious towards the sector oflogistic supply chain and industrial automation\nExperience for electrical, mechanical and software engineering\nAt least 3-5 years of experience in material handling environment e.g. highly automated production plants\nPrevious experience as Operation Supervisor/Site Supervisor/Site Manager or in a similar role\nPreviouskey role experience in a complex organization\nBachelor Degree or Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or similar studies\nGood knowledge of Italian and English written and
