As Marketing Manager ANZ, based in Belrose, you'll take ownership of the ANZ marketing strategy, partnering with business leaders to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial growth.

You'll have the freedom to bring fresh thinking, influence strategic direction and develop impactful marketing programs that generate demand and support some of the most innovative automation and robotics projects for leading and pioneering companies in Australia and New Zealand, solutions that positively impact people and communities throught the region.

From major industry events and exhibitions through to thought leadership campaigns, customer success stories and digital marketing initiatives, you'll play a key role in strengthening Dematic's position as an industry leader.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

• Develop compelling content including customer success stories, thought leadership, media releases and sales collateral that showcase Dematic's industry expertise

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, public relations, events and industry channels to elevate brand visibility and customer engagement

• Elevate Dematic's industry profile by promoting subject matter experts through speaking opportunities, social media, industry events and thought leadership initiatives

• Collaborate with APAC and global marketing teams, as well as external agency partners, to maximise campaign effectiveness and leverage best practice

• Analyse marketing performance, optimise campaign effectiveness and provide strategic insights to support continuous improvement and business growth

Tasks and Qualifications:

SETTING YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

• 5+ years' B2B marketing management experience, ideally in supply chain, software, technology, automation, engineering or consulting

• Experience marketing complex solutions or services in a consultative sales environment

• Proven success developing and delivering marketing strategies and integrated campaigns

• Strong understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing and pipeline growth

• Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

• Strong content development, communication and storytelling capability

• Experience managing agencies and external partners

• Commercially minded, customer-focused and data-driven

• Experience with marketing automation platforms, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva will be highly regarded
