Supervision\nOversee and provide daily direction to a team of 1-3 mechanical installers\nSupport larger teams and potentially lead operations on alternate shifts when the primary supervisor is off-site\nProvide training, coaching, and support to less experienced personnel\nParticipate in and, when required, lead daily stand-up meetings\nSafety & Compliance\nPromote and enforce a strong safety culture, including:Behavior-Based Safety Observations (BBSO)\nJob Safety Analyses (JSA) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA)\nJobsite safety meetings\n\nTake personal responsibility for safety and ensure the safety of team members\nMaintain compliance with all company and site-specific safety regulations\nProject Execution\nComplete assigned mechanical installation tasks within scheduled timelines\nPerform and oversee installation and maintenance of:Conveyor systems and components\nStructural and header steel\nPlatforms and guardrails\nRack systems\nAir piping systems (aluminum, copper, black iron)\n\nAssist in equipment run-in and system start-up\nTechnical & Quality Oversight\nRead, interpret, and execute work from engineered drawings and layouts\nPerform audits to ensure installation quality and adherence to standards\nExecute and support discipline-specific work, including exposure to VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) systems\nIdentify issues proactively and recommend corrective actions\nCommunication & Reporting\nProvide regular site status updates to Project Managers and Site Managers\nWrite clear, concise trip reports and job documentation\nCommunicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and project stakeholders\nGeneral Duties\nPerform independent (stand-alone) tasks as required\nMaintain jobsite housekeeping and organization standards\nSupport overall project success through teamwork and adaptability\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required\nTechnical degree or specialized training preferred\n2-5 years of experience in mechanical installation, including:Conveyor systems\nStructural steel erection\nEquipment installation and layout\n\nSkills & Abilities\nAbility to read and interpret technical/engineered drawings\nStrong safety awareness and leadership mindset\nEffective communication and basic supervisory skills\nBasic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, reporting tools)\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift 50 lbs or more\nAbility to push, pull, squat, crawl, and walk on large construction sites\nComfortable working in various climates and
