Vaším úkolem bude vytvořit a dlouhodobě spravovat kompletní procesní framework pro oddělení ILS a Automatizace. Nehledáme administrátora procesů, ale člověka, který umí procesy navrhovat, implementovat, dokumentovat a následně prosazovat jejich používání v praxi.

Minimálně 5 let prokazatelné praxe v oblasti:

  • Procesní management.
  • Business Process Management (BPM).
  • Projektové řízení.
  • Organizační rozvoj.
  • Implementace procesních změn.

Klíčové odpovědnosti

Procesní řízení a standardizace

  • Analýza stávajících procesů a identifikace oblastí pro zlepšení.
  • Návrh a implementace nových procesů v prostředí ILS a Automatizace.
  • Tvorba procesních map a workflow diagramů.
  • Definice odpovědností jednotlivých rolí.
  • Nastavení procesních KPI a kontrolních mechanismů.
  • Tvorba a správa systému Lessons Learned.
  • Definice a správa procesních rizik.
