Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat You Will Do In This Role:\nTranslate the project contractual technical requirements into deliverables and tasks for the engineering teams (including design/layout, emulation, order entry, drawings, and commissioning)\n\nIdentify needed resources across engineering teams and with external suppliers and assign tasks across the project team\n\nEnsure a high degree of quality of output for all deliverables and the entire solution via adherence to established standards for processes, engineering quality, and standard work\n\nIdentify and resolve issues that affect engineering tasks to avoid negative impact on the project\n\nMonitor and manage project/team performance and ensure KPIs are met\n\nDeliver the work package assigned by the Project Manager on time and within budget\n\nAct as the main point of contact for project management, installation, procurement, external suppliers, manufacturing, etc. regarding all engineering deliverables\n\nEnsure completion of all necessary specifications for third-party components, resale, etc. are accurate and complete; liaising with ME/CE Leads as needed to ensure completion\n\nTogether with the SIM, provide Solutions Development input on project schedule and engineering resource estimates and availability and influence the use of standard designs\n\nAlign with line managers about performance, skill set, and availability of project engineering resources\n\nTrack engineering progress and ensuring project is pacing to schedule; align with ME/CE Leads and SAE as needed to report progress\n\nCreating project status reports, financial forecast, and schedule updates\n\nSupport the project manager in risk management and risk mitigation actions by documenting, escalating, and managing project risk; preparing PSR / PVRs\n\nLead technical reviews and conduct post-mortem with PM to feed continuous improvement\n\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics).\n\nPrior experience leading project technical deliverables, prefer material handling project experience\n\n5+ years of experience in engineering or project management\n\nExceptional customer focus and ability to deliver results.\n\nDemonstrated problem solver with excellent communication skills.\n\nAbility to navigate, influence and operate in a strongly matrixed global organization.\n\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
