Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external resources to deliver the agreed scope on schedule and within budget, while meeting contractual, safety and quality requirements and ensuring effective handover and closeout.\nWe offer:\nWhat You Will Do in this Role:\nParticipate in pre-sales technical review, contract risk assessment, technical support during sales phase; prepare project schedule and risk list for sales support.\nFollowing contract award, complete the sales-to-project handover, confirm contractual scope and obligations, establish the project schedule and cost baselines, develop resource and delivery plans, and lead the project kick-off meeting.\nCoordinate engineering design, drawing submission and technical reviews to ensure design output meets project scope and customer requirements.\nSubmit purchase requisitions, track material delivery, resolve delivery delays and material shortages to support site installation and commissioning.\nCoordinate factory acceptance testing (FAT) for critical subsystems and oversee site installation, system commissioning and site acceptance testing (SAT) through the site team, ensuring alignment with project schedule, quality and safety requirements.\nManage commercial issues: change management, payment application, invoice tracking, collection and cost control.\nLead regular project reviews, report progress, financial status, issues and risks, and align customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders on decisions, action owners and deadlines.\nProactively identify and assess technical, schedule, cost, quality and safety risks; assign mitigation actions, monitor their effectiveness, and escalate significant risks promptly.\nCoordinate customer training and acceptance, obtain contractual sign-off, and ensure completion of handover documentation.
