Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat You Will Do In This Role:\nThe Project Manager is responsible for the following:\nManaging the overall teams and project items for automation projects\nDevelop and manage multiple concurrent project plan schedules while monitoring projects daily to track progress against the work plan schedules\nInterfaces with the customer as a primary point of contact on projects\nIdentify and Manage Scope, Time, Risk, and Stakeholders to ensure successful delivery\nRoutinely communicate project status, resource utilization, and high-level project schedule to executive management and related project team members\nResponsible for monitoring and maintaining the financial performance of the project\nAlign cross-functional business and technical teams to help ensure alignment of goals and to help resolve conflicting priorities.\nProactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress, identify gaps in communication or schedule, provide support to teams balancing competing priorities and drive results\nAlign, monitor, and drive to closure project milestones and technical deliverables\nEnsuring that Dematic leadership has a comprehensive understanding of projects, timelines, dependencies, etc.\nHolding regular status meetings and documenting project status\nCompleting and submitting internal and external status reports\nSeeking out, implementing, and documenting problem resolutions\nIdentifying and implementing process improvements\nFollowing up on open issues and action items to ensure they are resolved\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nBachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field\n2-5 years of project management experience\nPrior experience managing people or processes\nExperience in project management, product development lifecycle, or process management\nExperience managing automation projects that include (but are not limited to): automated guided vehicles, automated storage and retrieval systems, conveyor systems, warehouse management software, etc .\nProficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems\nStrong relationship building, interpersonal, and leadership skills\nStrong meeting facilitation skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently\nAbility to understand information quickly, derive insight, synthesize information clearly and concisely, and devise solutions\nInclination to take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives and independently drive for results\nAbility to interface at all levels of the organization within and outside of the company\nDemonstrated self-confidence, honesty, and integrity\nExcellent Negotiation Skills\nUp to 25% travel (including
