Role:\nAnalyze customer requirements, user stories, and project specifications to define software and controls solutions.\nDesign, develop, test, and optimize PLC and control system software for industrial automation applications.\nExecute functional, integration, stability, and scalability testing to ensure product reliability and performance.\nTroubleshoot and resolve software, controls, networking, and system integration issues identified internally or by customers.\nCollaborate with cross-functional engineering, product development, and field teams throughout the product lifecycle.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including software architecture, system design, and user guidance.\nProvide technical expertise and support to engineering teams, field resources, and business partners.\nMentor and support junior engineers in software engineering principles, controls development, and PLC programming practices.\nUtilize diagnostic, simulation, and network analysis tools to validate system performance and identify root causes.\nEnsure software quality, maintainability, and compliance with engineering standards, best practices, and development processes.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nMinimum 5 years of experience in controls software engineering.\nExperience working within a team environment and ability to take a lead role in controls system development, and support.\nExperience in PLC programming with a software focus, specifically in Siemens or Rockwell, is required.\nExperience with at least one high-level programming language (C#, or Python).\nExperience developing and maintaining unit and integration
