secure connectivity environment.\nIn this role, you will help operate and improve SASE, SSE and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) services, troubleshoot secure access and connectivity issues, and support the integration of security solutions across users, applications, cloud environments and locations.\nYou will collaborate with global Network, Security, Cloud, Infrastructure and Identity teams to provide secure and reliable access to corporate resources.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nOperate and continuously improve Zero Trust, SASE, SSE and ZTNA services.\nConfigure and maintain secure access and security policies for users, devices, applications and cloud environments.\nTroubleshoot authentication, authorization, connectivity and application-access issues and perform root cause analysis.\nSupport secure connectivity between SASE/SSE, SD-WAN and cloud environments.\nSupport platform upgrades, service improvements and security optimization initiatives.\nContribute to the automation of security configurations and operational workflows.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience in network security, secure access or cybersecurity engineering.\nHands-on knowledge of Zero Trust, SASE, SSE and/or ZTNA technologies.\nExperience troubleshooting network, authentication or secure application-access issues.\nUnderstanding of security technologies such as CASB, DLP, URL filtering, SSL/TLS inspection or device posture.\nKnowledge of networking, identity/access management and cloud connectivity concepts.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively within global and cross-functional teams.\nGood English communication skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience with SD-WAN and cloud security environments.\nKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or security automation.\nExperience integrating security platforms through APIs.\nExposure to IAM, ITSM or cloud-service
