Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills\nTasks and Qualifications:\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nLead projects with full responsibility over budget, schedule, quality and EHS (Environment Health and Safety)\nLeading interdisciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time and quality within a given cost framework\nContact person for the customer during the entire project duration\nContract management including change and claims management\nScheduling and control\nControl of costs and cash flow with accurate forecasts of over and underspending.\nRisk management and project status reporting\nCoordinating the specification and procurement of equipment, products and services together with the relevant departments\nEnsure compliance with project management processes and policies\nKnowledge & Experience Required\nUniversity degree (industrial engineer, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, business administration with a specialization in logistics) or a comparable qualification\nIdeally project experience with strong cost, time and quality awareness\nExperience in the logistics sector desirable\nExperience working in a live environment, effectively coordinating break-in activities\nGood communication skills, able to work across functional levels and geographical boundaries\nAbility to work in a team, change and problem-solving skills as well as an analytical approach to work\nConstructive conflict management, high level of personal responsibility and assertiveness\nWillingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx.30%). Driving license.\nGood written and spoken English and local language.
