develop shipping personnel.\nConduct daily shift meetings.\nAssign workloads and balance manpower according to operational needs.\nMonitor employee performance and provide continuous feedback.\nPromote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.\nSupport hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.\nCoordination & Communication\nMaintain close communication with:Production\nPlanning\nPurchasing\nWarehouse\nTransportation\nCustomer Service\n\nEscalate potential shipping risks proactively.\nProvide timely operational updates to management.\nEnsure effective communication across all shifts.\n\nInventory & Accuracy\nEnsure shipping accuracy through verification processes.\nMonitor inventory discrepancies affecting shipments.\nSupport cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.\nMaintain accurate shipping records within ERP systems.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve shipping efficiency.\nLead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nReduce shipping errors and transportation costs.\nImprove dock utilization and loading efficiency.\nSafety & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with company safety policies.\nEnforce PPE requirements.\nMaintain clean and organized shipping areas following 5S principles.\nEnsure compliance with quality standards and customer-specific requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in:Industrial Engineering\nLogistics\nSupply Chain\nBusiness Administration\nRelated field\n\nExperience\n5+ years of experience in Shipping, Warehouse, or Logistics.\n2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.\nExperience in a manufacturing
