Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.\nTasks and Qualifications:\nThis Is What You Will Do In This Role:\nConduct daily meetings as necessary to communicate goals and assignments.\nSupervise all rush/must ship orders and ensure shipping guidelines are met.\nResolve any discrepancies or potential issues in a timely manner.\nResponsible for training and safety measures as outlined by company standards.\nFollow outbound shipping requirements for customers and eliminate any delays.\nCommunicate crating needs by order/item and ensure proper guidelines are followed.\nEstablish and maintain accurate facility cleaning guidelines; monitor daily.\nAssist in discrepancy and disciplinary actions as necessary.\nMonitor facility equipment and supplies, reporting non-compliance issues accordingly.\nMaintain product stock within the facility, ensuring stock is safely and accurately located.\nBe flexible and work necessary overtime as needed.\nEffectively take on other duties as assigned/vital.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n5-8 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment \nDemonstrated ability managing a team of warehouse/shipping/receivingemployees\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience required. College Degree preferred.\nAbility to complete detailed oral and written instructions\nStrong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal\nKnowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Excel required.
