experience).\nTasks and Qualifications:\nWhat will you do in this role?\nLead, mentor and support the team, fostering technical excellence, collaboration and continuous development.\n\nConduct performance and development reviews for team members.\n\nLead recruitment, assessment and selection of new team members.\n\nLead onboarding and training activities for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the business.\n\nCoordinate resource planning and project allocation for team members, working closely with System Engineering leadership and regional stakeholders.\n\nProvide resource forecasting and capacity planning data using company planning tools.\n\nAct as a technical contributor, providing hands-on support for system integration activities when required.\n\nGuide and support the team in delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality and performance standards.\n\nEnsure the delivery of solutions that meet contractual, functional and throughput requirements.\n\nReview and support regional sales proposals to ensure compliance with company standards, including testing strategies and pre-project requirements.\n\nPromote the consistent application of global processes, engineering best practices and quality standards across projects.\n\nDrive effective issue management and project visibility through the company's preferred tools and processes (currently Jira).\n\nCollaborate with System Engineering leadership and regional peers to drive standardisation and continuous improvement across the EMEA region.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nProven experience leading technical teams within an engineering environment, with a genuine passion for people leadership and a strong track record of coaching, mentoring and developing team members.\n\nTechnical engineering background, preferably within systems integration, automation, controls, mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.\n\nExperience working within an industrial automation environment is highly preferred.\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.\n\nCommercial awareness, sound decision-making ability and a strong focus on quality and cost.\n\nAbility to balance operational priorities with longer-term planning and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nHighly organised, thorough and detail-oriented.\n\nProven ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools such as Jira.\n\nFull working proficiency in Lithuanian and English.\n\nWillingness to travel internationally for up to
