To see all openings, visit our Regional Job Board.\n Position Overview:\nThe Manager, Student Support provides regional leadership and oversight for School Counseling, Section 504, ESOL, student well-being and mental health supports, crisis response, and student and family support partnerships. This position is year-round.\nThe Manager serves as a consistent regional resource for counselors and school leaders by providing guidance, coaching, resources, and problem-solving support while developing clear and consistent systems across campuses. Through this work, the Manager helps ensure students have access to the academic, social-emotional, and individualized supports they need to be successful.\nSpecific Position Duties:\nSchool Counseling & Student Support\nCoach and support school counselors across campuses.\n\nStrengthen consistent counseling practices and student support systems.\n\nHelp schools problem-solve barriers impacting student success and well-being.\n\nStudent Wellness & Crisis Support\nSupport student mental health, wellness, and early-intervention efforts.\n\nHelp coordinate counseling and resources during grief, crisis, or other significant student needs.\n\nConnect schools and families with appropriate community resources and supports.\n\nSection 504 & ESOL\nProvide regional guidance and support for Section 504 and ESOL programs.\n\nSupport consistent documentation, services, accommodations, and compliance.\n\nProvide schools with practical tools, training, and resources.\n\nDistrict & Community Partnerships\nServe as a regional contact for DCPS and community partners related to student support.\n\nHelp schools understand and implement district guidance and requirements.\n\nStrengthen partnerships and resources available to students and families.\n\nRegional Testing Support\nSupport regional coordination of state, district, and school-based testing.\n\nProvide guidance and problem-solving support to school testing coordinators.\n\nHelp ensure appropriate student accommodations are planned and implemented.\n\nCollaboration & Continuous Improvement\nPartner with school and regional leaders to strengthen student support systems.\n\nIdentify trends, needs, and opportunities for improvement across campuses.\n\nElevate significant concerns to the Director of Student Services\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Education, School Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in school counseling, student services, student support, or a related area.\n\nExperience supporting students, families, and school-based teams.\n\nExperience with Section 504 and ESOL compliance, including documentation, monitoring, and implementation requirements.\n\nExperience supporting or coordinating state, district, or school-based testing.\n\nStrong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.\n\nAbility to coach and support staff while managing multiple priorities across campuses.\n\nAbility to use student and program data to identify needs and improve support.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in School Counseling, Education, Social Work, Psychology, Educational Leadership, or a related field.\n\nFlorida School Counselor certification or other relevant professional certification.\n\nExperience leading, coaching, or developing school counselors or student support staff.\n\nExperience supporting student mental health, crisis response, or community-based services.\n\nExperience working across multiple schools or in a district, regional, or network-level role\n\nCompensation\nThe annual salary for this position starts at $53,000\n\nIndividual level health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision\n\nIndividual short-term and long-term disability insurance\n\n403(b) retirement program with a company match\n\nTo support professional practice and growth, all teachers and coaches receive individualized coaching and professional development\n\n*Please note offerings are subject to change.\nAPPLY\nTo join the 2026-2027 candidate pool, please complete the online application and upload a resume via our job board.
