We are especially committed to attracting and developing individuals who share the life experiences of our students because we believe the best work we do is grounded in the realities and experiences of our families and KIPPsters.\nThe School Operations Team is focused on creating the conditions by which our schools can thrive by successfully driving attendance, enrollment, and school wide systems; leading safety and crisis management; and providing exemplary customer service for students, families and staff members.\nROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:\nManages the day-to-day school based operations policies and procedures.\nImplements daily school wide procedures such as arrival, lunch, and dismissal\nOversees daily busing operations for their school by processing changes, addressing challenges, and coordinating processes\nCoordinates with Child Nutrition day to day logistics of service such as meal card replacement and rosters\nSupports field lesson logistics by booking buses and ordering meals\nSchedules shared space\nEnsure that substitutes are booked and given attendance roster materials\nDrives school based strategies to ensure kids are in seats every day and year over year\nManages school event coordination and family engagement sessions\nCurates any school based social media communications and postings\nProvides tours for prospective families\nServe as a key ambassador to the school’s larger community.
