Salary Range: Gross Annual Salary between €25,000 and €33,000

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a person to join a team dedicated to the management and evolution of enterprise document management platforms.

The selected person will become part of a specialized team operating in the areas of Application Support and Infrastructure Operations, contributing to the operational management, monitoring, and continuous improvement of document management solutions running on Linux and Windows environments.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for individuals looking to strengthen their application support and system administration skills while working closely with specialized technical teams in a structured Enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing requests and incidents escalated from second-level support through ticketing systems
• Analyzing and resolving application and infrastructure issues
• Monitoring and supporting document management platforms running on Linux and Windows environments
• Collaborating with application and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot technical issues
• Contributing to the evolution of internal tools supporting operational activities
• Developing and maintaining automation scripts using Bash and Python
• Managing and enhancing monitoring dashboards and activities using Elastic, Kibana, and Splunk
• Participating in projects aimed at platform evolution and the introduction of new technologies

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the proper management of operational requests assigned to the team
• Perform troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis
• Support the operational continuity of enterprise document management platforms
• Assist in monitoring application and infrastructure environments
• Contribute to process improvements through automation and dedicated operational tools
• Ensure the quality and reliability of managed systems and information
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders across different business areas

• Participate in technology evolution and innovation initiatives within the assigned environment.

  REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, System Administration, or similar roles
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
• Basic scripting knowledge in Bash and/or Python
• Experience in ticket management and operational support activities
• Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset

• Good command of the English language

  NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Kibana, or the ELK ecosystem
• Experience with Splunk
• Java development knowledge, including academic experience
• Experience in Enterprise environments with high operational volumes
• Knowledge of document management platforms or document management solutions
• Experience in operational automation through scripting

• Interest in innovative technologies related to Artificial Intelligence

  The compensation package includes a Gross Annual Salary between €25,000 and €33,000, together with a comprehensive benefits program. The final offer will be tailored according to the selected person's experience and skills.

  WORKING ARRANGEMENT

  The role includes a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Friday across the following time slots:

• 07:15 AM - 04:15 PM
• 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM

• 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM

  Availability for scheduled on-call duty, Saturday morning coverage on a rotating basis, and planned overtime activities is required.
