Cooking qualifications will be desirable.\nMust have knowledge of preparing and cooking Continental, Caribbean and Asian dishes.\nMust have good working knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and strong knowledge of food and food production.\nMust be willing to adhere and maintain excellent customer service in accordance with company guidelines.\nExcellent time management skills.\nAbility to work independently and be self-motivated.\nMust be able to read, write, speak and comprehend fluent English.\nAbility to work in hot & cold environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items (up to 50lbs) for extended periods.\nWORK HOURS:\n40 hour work week.
