This person reports directly to the Intake Manager and acts under his or her direction.\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities:\nCollect list of new cases opened and input data into case management software following established procedures and turnaround time\nLocate and review police reports for accurate information\nCreate client files and distribute to appropriate Attorney/Paralegal team\nScan and attach documents to client file in case management software\nEdit documents, scan and fax\nAdd providers from spreadsheet into case management software\nInteract with firm investigators and doctors’ offices\nAnswer phones in a high-volume call center\nRegular, consistent, punctual attendance\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements\nRequired Skills / Abilities:\nCoordination skill to operate office phone, headphones, printers and calculators. Use of computers and related software applications.\nHighly proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.\nHigh command of English grammar, usage, punctuation, and spelling.
