The intern gains exposure to professional design processes, creative problem-solving, and brand standards within a fast-paced corporate environment.Job Description:\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign Production & Asset Creation\nCreate visual assets for presentations, internal communications, marketing materials, social media, and event-related projects.\nSupport design production tasks including image editing, layout adjustments, resizing, and file preparation.\nAssist with the development of digital and print collateral while maintaining brand consistency.\nApply established design guidelines and templates across creative deliverables.\nBrand Support & Visual Consistency\nSupport maintenance of corporate and brand identity standards.\nAssist in organizing and updating brand asset libraries, templates, and visual resources.\nReview materials for visual consistency, typography, color accuracy, and brand compliance.\nHelp ensure all creative materials reflect established brand guidelines.\nProject Coordination & Team Collaboration\nCollaborate with designers and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.\nParticipate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions.\nSupport project tracking, asset management, and creative workflow processes.\nAssist with communication and coordination among internal teams when needed.\nResearch & Creative Exploration\nConduct design trend, competitive, and visual reference research.\nGather inspiration and develop mood boards for creative projects.\nPresent findings and recommendations to design team members.\nStay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.\nAdministrative & Operational Support\nMaintain organized project files and archive completed work.\nSupport meeting preparation and presentation materials.\nAssist with production samples, print checks, and creative documentation.\nPerform additional creative support tasks as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.\nStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn.\nEffective communication and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a collaborative environment.\nPortfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance design projects.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with presentation design, social media content creation, or digital design projects.\nFamiliarity with Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other creative tools.\nInterest in branding, visual identity systems, marketing communications, or corporate design.\nKnowledge of beauty, consumer products, retail, or lifestyle brands.\nLanguage Proficiency\nEnglish proficiency required.\nKorean language proficiency preferred.\nQualification(s):\nEducation(s):\nBachelor of Arts (B.A): Graphic Design (Required)Work Experience:\nExperience Range I: 0 - 2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related fieldSkill(s):\nAdobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Design Thinking, Graphic Design, Motion GraphicsLanguage(s):\nKoreanCertification(s):\nNot ApplicableThe anticipated compensation range is\n18.00 - 30.00 USD HourlyActual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
